We keep hearing about how getting back to normal is going to bring with it a wave of carnage. "OMG, those Florida beachgoers are gonna DIE!!" "OMG, how can Georgia let people get haircuts?? Those dumb hicks have a death wish!!" And yet... it hasn't happened. So maybe it's time to let people go to race tracks without clutching our pearls about it.
