They raided his house, to confiscate the video he had taken of the encounter.
ALL Charges Dropped.... But look what they put this citizen through, because he complained about them.

LE abusing its power is the lowest form of life. LE abuse of power is on the same level with child abusers, wife beaters, and dog abusers.

You can say what you like about independent police investigation bodies, however they are much better than the police taking the law ir in to trheir own hands, looking for revenge or doing their own internal investigations.

Chapter 7-11 is a bankruptcy government code and has nothing to do with gun signage. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapte...ed_States_Code

I can't stand these wanna be famous youtubers who are just begging to find some obscure law to spit in the face of some unprepared government employee for the sake of boosting their subscribers. Anyone and I mean anyone can read a law book if they so choose, and find a law that can be exploited, skewed, or be left to interpretation. Most of us simply choose to ignore the signage in front of a court house and accept that you can't carry a gun into court and guess what, police never come to raid our house.

Although I feel the police response to be unjustified, this guy was certainly asking for it by showing up and challenging a law with other peoples live's at stake. That's a good way to get shot, lawfully or unlawfully. His best course of action would be to challenge it like the rest of us do, by going to court.

Like it or hate it the following is only my opinion:
It was immediately simple to see the direction this confrontation would go.

Looking at the first portion of this video, the complainant entering City Hall
created a scene. He should have immediately left after being informed to file
a complaint. His badgering ( repeated questioning bordered on harassment )
coupled with carrying a gun was enough to consider him a possible threat of
instability.

The second portion of the video ( the arrest ) was conducted in a professional
way. By the way ............his home was in complete disarray. I know nothing
doing with the topic of discussion but it is a glimmer of light into how the mind works.
How you think is how you live and in this example although intelligent, his thoughts
are cluttered and scattered as is his home...............Food for thought.

If you want to practice your rights please do so in an intelligent and non threatening way.
Introducing diplomacy and respect over raw emotions produces greater results................

Best wishes.
