You're using the age-old right-wing technical argument - if he didn't say "kill" then he must not have killed anyone even though he had a gun, fired it at a person's head and blew the brain out.
Yes, I suppose Trump did not explicitly say the exact phrase: You are to inject disinfectant into your body. He merely suggested that this is a cure that is worth trying.
If your standard is that Trump must say the exact phrase that you decide, then he is not ever going to be guilty of anything. That is also a very twisted way to defend someone.
.
I am simply stating the fact that Trump never told people to inject bleach. Apparently you take issue with facts. You have no one to blame for that but yourself.

No he didn't say that.
Just the mere suggestion of ingesting disinfectants was crazy enough.
How was that a Lie?

Right wingers don't apply the same standard when it come to their opponents.
Al Gore never said he invented the internet. In fact what he said wasn't even close to that.
Hillary Clinton didn't say blacks were "super predators".
Barack Obama never said you "didn't build your business".
Doesn't stop right wingers from claiming they did.
And Trump didn't say to inject or drink bleach.
He said this:
Quote:
And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs.
So he asked if injecting disinfectant was a possible intervention.
As Andy said, that is not specifically "telling" somebody to inject or drink bleach. So Andy is right.
But Andy won't apply those same standards to those "libruls" he dislikes.

Andy deals exclusively in facts. What Trump said may have sounded silly. But who knows. Maybe doctors were discussing the possibility of using some form of disinfectant. It wouldn't be the craziest thing they've ever done in modern medicine. After all, they are injecting people with radioactive crap and other nasties, because it serves a medical purpose.
And the body actually produces the active ingredients in bleach.
Trump was also made fun of for suggesting that light can be used in the body to kill the virus. The media went nuts. Than it was revealed that a publicly traded company is actually testing doing just that. As in, inserting LED lights down the trachea to expose the virus to UV light.

That's not what I was talking about. Please go back to the original statement I made, and what lie I was pointing out. Numerous lefties have been saying (lying) that Trump has been telling people to inject bleach, lysol, etc. Which is hilarious because Trump never said the words bleach, lysol, etc. When you lie, it makes you a liar and people no longer take the things you have to say seriously. That's why it is not a good idea to intentionally try to spread lies and misinformation, as many on the left has been resorting to in desperation.
If you want to argue that what Trump said was crazy, well that's different. And we all know Trump says crazy stuff from time to time. But he has a long way to go before he outcrazies ol hairy legs Biden... That guy barely has any functional neurons firing in his brain these days.
Every time you came across this fact, you ask for proof, and every time you got proof thrown back at your face. Why do you keep doing it? Are you like that character in Momento?
Hey, it's a day that ends in the letter 'Y', so the Trump worshippers are out again, singing their favorite tune:
"He didn't say that.
And if he did, he didn't mean that.
And if he did, you didn't understand it.
And if you did, it's not a big deal.
And if it is, others have said worse".
All this effort to defend Donald Trump, who wouldn't **** on them if they were on fire. Sad.
NOT telling people to inject foreign substances into their bodies. I swear, lefties are the reason why Clorox has to put warning labels on their bottles to tell people not to consume their products...
And the poster I was responding to already admitted that Trump did not tell people to inject bleach, Lysol, whatever other lies you can think of.
