Depends

Right now I say it’s understandable to wear a mask in a crowded store

But outside in general? Hell no

Also how long do you expect us to wear masks? Masks are not comfortable. What happened to “flattening the curve”?

I choose to wear a mask, but respect the right of each individual to decide for themselves whether to wear one or not.

I do respect the rights of business people to dictate the choice, solely on their property.

Agree

It's to help keep it there while we they work on a viable treatment/cure/vaccine(whichever comes first). So until we can get control of the situation. The risk of a 2nd wave still lingers.

It’s called Ignorance. Some people prefer to remain Ignorant because their identity and world view are the only things that matters to them. They reject logic and objective thinking in exchange for identifying with other like minded Fool.

It doesn't seem to be a political thing as much as a personality thing.

Loud extroverts who like to let it all hang out seem to feel like mask = muzzle and/or hiding.

More reserved and self-contained/normal people don't seem to have the same types of hang-ups.

Also, people who live in hot humid places like the South probably find masks more uncomfortable.
