Does anyone think pulling the U.S. out of the WHO because Trump needs someone to blame makes the U.S. sound reliable? Is NATO next? Then the UN?

In a world with new and dangerous contagious diseases, why would you want to eliminate funding for a 195 country organization that studies and combats the spread of contagious diseases?

During the coronavirus outbreak China allowed outbound travel from Wuhan all over the World, but China did not allow travel from Wuhan to other parts of China.
There should be a international investigation into China's role in the cornavirus outbreak. And the UN is a 193 country international organization that investigates and punishes countries for crimes like that. But as you said above Trump also threatens to remove America from the UN.

I don't think Trump is pulling out of the WHO bc he needs someone to blame,
I think he's pulling out bc the WHO has yet to criticize China for their lack of health standards in the wet market or lax security in their labs. In fact the WHO has praised China for their handling of the outbreak despite it spreading across the entire globe.
Trump blocked tourist flights from China , and the WHO said he was being racist. He wasn't being racist he was trying stop the spread of the virus. The world should find it a little more concerning the WHO was encouraging countries to accept flights from Wuhan during the peak of the virus instead of telling them to close all their borders off from China. If they told every country to close all their borders to China early on until China had the situation under control, it would have never spread.
We shouldnt be giving our tax dollars to this corrupt organization.
Taiwan has been a leader in calling out the WHO for being a puppet to China and did the opposite of what the WHO recommended.
I believe Taiwan NOT being in the WHO helped them contain the virus.
