Sad thing, those are the very same people that are keeping the Black neighborhoods down. It's not the cops, it's not the "White man", it's the other Black people who are getting their minds twisted by kingpins, wannabe gangsters and the music they listen to.
Some people are able to create the conditions that lead to prosperity while other can only destroy. There's nothing sad about. Stop feeling sorry for these people. This is the life that they have created for themselves.
