Ie remember when Governor Ronald Reagan sent authorities into Berkeley and I remember everyone cheering when he did it. One rioter was killed in that conflict, and Reagan went on to become President.

I also remember Obama and how cowardly and weak he looked when he refused to deal with riots in Baltimore.
Think you might be confusing authorities of a Governor and POTUS.

Reagan was Governor of California. He initially called in the California Hwy Patrol to quell Vietnam protests which escalated the whole situation. Eventually Reagan deployed the State’s National Guard.

POTUS has no authority to engage the military in domestic conflicts without the approval of Congress.

Maryland Governor Hogan, a Republican, eventually called upon the state’s National Guard to support local LE during the 2015 protests/ riots.

In hindsight, GOVERNORS Reagan acted too quickly and Hogan a tad late. It’s always a damn if you do/ damn if you don’t situation.

In 2016 Trump said there would be riots if he doesn't get elected.

In 2020 there will be riots if he get re-elected... you can count on it.

If he gets re-elected I am moving out of this country. Nothing good is coming out of his presidency.

If someone can't respect fair election results, that's their fault.

And lefties like you have been saying you are going to leave every 4 years if a republican is elected. Just do it already. Spare us the whining and rioting.

The POTUS has no authority to engage the military in domestic matters without the approval of Congress. Many governors, Republican and Democrats, are in the process of mobilizing their state National Guard.

Minnesota has activated all state National Guard to support and escort local LE and Fire Dept

Last night, the Fire Department could not access burning buildings because of the crowds.

The challenge in these situations seems to be distinguishing between peaceful protestors vs agitators and rioters. It’s a racially diverse group of mostly young adults. It appears Minneapolis is using tear gas on everyone to encourage compliance with the curfew.

What everyone should ask themselves is:

Are you better off now after 4 years of Trump?

That should drive your vote.

If I were Joe Biden, I'd say, "Folks, do you really want four more years of this? If so, you should vote for Trump."

I might give Trump some credit for taking a strong position, but a real leader speaks to the country on prime-time, national television. He doesn't send out moronic Tweets every five minutes.

Joe Biden supports And defends Antifa

So with Biden elected you are guaranteed four more years of it. Hell he’d probably let them take over his podium like Bernie did

People blame throw.

This one comes down to a decision made by 4 officers, regardless of the outcome of multiple autopsies. 4 officers who woke up on Memorial Day with no intention of harm and like the desceased, no idea they would becomes a part of US history within hours.
