Each and everyone of these cities elected people who probably ran on police brutality - yet I'm sure none of them has done anything to actually propose changes to the current system. Many states have outlawed this particular procedure and it is no longer taught in the academy and is not in the procedural books but MN still allows it to be taught and it's in their procedural books. The next time they vote for someone that runs on the topic of police brutality - then keep on their butts and make sure that they actually follow through with proposing changes. Elections over - all promises are forgotten and the people go back to their lives and don't make an issue of it until something like this happens again.

Why aren't all the good, working people in our cities standing up to the thugs and savages (of every race and background) destroying their lives, their homes, their businesses? Why are so few of our 80 million law abiding gun owners (and I include myself in this) not on the front lines, protecting the innocent and their property. Why are we letting our media and our politicians get away with treating these violent savages with deference and respect?

This needs to end. We need to stop allowing spoiled, violent thugs to take over our cities-and our nation.
Bc some of us good and decent people have been telling some of you supposed "good and decent" people, that a group of us are still being mistreated. Instead of being good and decent, those people chose to prop up the abusive institution, despite all the contrary evidence that those institutions are upstanding.

Us good & decent people have constantly given you "good and decent" people a chance to to help right the wrongs that you defended, and despite even international acknowledgement that our institutions were sorely mistreating groups of people, you still insisted on going deaf when the actual good & decent people kept bringing up the injustices.

So instead of asking US to turn our backs on the people we've been backing when they patiently waited for YOU to do something... Maybe now is the time that you get off your butts and start hearing the people you've been ignoring for decades. If you have a problem with that, then go stand in front of one of the police SUVs that tried to run over protesters blocking the road.

Our police chief is a nice person, but she's an idiot. Same with the mayor, super nice guy, but can't manage the city. Everyone was excited about gradually reopening, now thugs are smashing everything up. I wish our authorities would be tougher, or at least call for help. I'm really mad at the protestors.

Looting is a byproduct of the injustices in our world. People are crying about the looting of stores, but not about people being MURDERED or violently attacked by the police. Also, what is happening is beyond racism or police brutality......

An unbelievable 2020, that's for sure.

A pandemic quickly followed by the worst such riots in a long, long time.

Look at these idiots looting.

People have tried peaceful protest and they have not worked. Police are still killing African Americans without reason nothing has changed. I do wonder if the people who are against these protests would be against the Boston Tea Party back in the day. But go ahead care more about looting as more African Americans get killed by police as long as it does not happen to you it does not matter.

Well that tends to happen when you commit a crime

Looting is a byproduct of thuggery. They are violent savage thugs. That sums up their value to this world.
