This week showed us the Best of humanity with a successful launch of Space X where thousands of people had to come together to make something amazing happen and it also showed us the worst of "us" when a Police officer sworn to protect the public trust knelt on a suspects neck for no apparent reason but to kill him.

The subsequent riots that resulted really showed the world how we can so easily fall to levels best described as primitive. It was like a wildfire sparked by a single match.

This week showed us the Best of Times and the Worst of Times.

Lets try and make this coming week more about the Best than the Worst.

What’s wrong with democrats burning down their own cities?

Thread should be “it was the best of times and it was the best of times”

I guess I have more compassion for people that are trying to do the right thing. I could care less for the vandals and arsonists that are out there throwing rocks and destroying things that people worked hard for and care about. I feel bad for the people that live in the communities that have been hit by these losers and now the stores are gone and who knows if they will be coming back any time soon. What are the good folks to do?

I just think it is amazing how we, the human race can come together to launch a manned rocket to dock with an orbiting space station and in the same week we have a bunch of losers that go on a rampage for the fun of it.

The riots and destruction of public and private property have nothing to do with a bad white cop murdering a black suspect. The idiots are only using that as an excuse to steal and destroy. Their actions are doing nothing to promote race relations that is for sure.
