Luxury goods stores emptied their stores of inventory months ago due to the Wuhan Flu shutdowns. These looters got very little if anything.,
Over here in California it seemed to be a different story in Santa Monica. Jewelry stores were targeted of course, they got into some but not all. The news reporter showed a family owned jewelry store which had been in that location for many years. The looters cleaned out the entire store, taking the safe from the back room also, then set the place on fire as they left.
A lot of shops in the upscale retail district of Santa Monica got hit like that. The news reporter showed all of them, up and down the streets. In Long Beach also.
There was a news story a while back reporting many luxury stores in Beverly Hills had removed their merchandise, but that didn't seem to be the case in surrounding cities.
Now if we can just get some rioters to Madonna, Sean Penn, Nancy Pelosi, and Michael Moore's houses. They could use a little reality check away from their ivory towers and lofty narratives they're always spouting.

You should have seen them trying to break into a Ben Bridge Jewelers last night in Seattle. Those windows just wouldn't break! Bet they thought they were going to score big time! It was funny to watch.
Local Democrat town official here said that people are looting because they are upset that free healthcare and more stimulus money has been denied to them by politicians and they are merely doing it for their lives.

I was referring to video I saw this morning of SOHO in New York being targeted. My wife used to work at DIOR and has been texting with all her old co-workers. They said all of the inventory was put into storage a while back.
