Yeah, I don't know how it happened that he was the only one on the freeway.
Maybe he thought he had the nerve to flatten a few of them and chickened out; who knows?

Article says he bypassed barriers, is in custody, and they’re criminally investigating it. Maybe they get him with reckless driving

Watching local news, company that owned the truck (independent driver) has released a statement saying they're sorry and stuff, no further comment at this time.
