Yes: it increases the odds of a Trump re-election and a very real possibility of the return to more overt racism and possibly openly discriminating against us people of color and more overt hostility towards us.

Easy. The reelection of President Donald J Trump. The left really thinks they are hurting Trump with all this crap, but all they are doing is guaranteeing his reelection. People are so sick and tired of the left's tactics of division. The middle will now either not vote or vote for Trump. Either one and Trump wins again. Of course the left will claim it is because all voters are racist or because some foreign country manipulated the election. They can never face the reality that most people just cannot stand the left anymore.

Odd how you look at things. I am of color and I feel absolutely no racism coming at me from Trump or from Trump supporters. I AM a Trump supporter. I do agree with you though that this situation, along with the left using the Covid situation to hurt the economy and keep us at home will ensure Trump gets reelected. I guess good things can come from bad situations.
