Independent autopsy finds asphyxiation caused Floyd’s death. And your initial one didn’t, why not? Which one is the “more correct” one? Nobody believes the first one because we all saw the video. Why would anyone trust the authorities because they always try to cover up everything for upper levels. Their is no faith in how the prosecution handles things.
Pretty sure 99% of the world knew that the Minneapolis autopsy was BS.
"He had high blood pressure and umm......oh yeah, he was on drugs! Ignore what you saw on that video. Thanks!"
There should be an audit of that Minneapolis autopsy. If they're deliberately fudging or just incompetent, they should be fired and possibly arrested themselves.

If 99% of the people also didn't know that the "independent" autopsy commissioned by the family's defense attorney was going to say the police killed him we're also in trouble. Increasing the charge actually makes conviction less likely.

...if he's having heart problems...that makes you feel like you can't breathe...but you can still talk

You have to be cautious. Overcharging them can lead to not guilty verdicts.
While it may feel good to try and max out the punishment it can have the reverse impact.
If he is found guilty of manslaughter and the others as accomplices even of assault with intent, they will do time and will never be cops again.
