Again, the protesters had a 7 p.m curfew that was instituted by the DC mayor, Muriel Bowser. It was past 7 p.m. and the protesters were still hanging around.

I suspect someone discovered they were in ear shot in the Rose Garden so they moved them back....unfortunately it meant through his press briefing you could hear loud bangs........not exactly supportive of protesters at all.

Today Trump talked about the world laughing at the USA.

HE is so off the mark.

ARound the world there are rallies in support of the protesters.

In all of this --- the rioters are not the protesters. They are not rationale human beings.

THe one thing Trump's simple minded threats and 2nd Amendment references is forgetting...lots of folks that are in that criminal bunch have guns -- legal and otherwise. Talking about shooting and looting, will make sure those looting will be shooting too.

None of what he did today made it better for anybody.

He just needs to hide out in the bunker.
The world is not laughing at the protesters. They are mourning with them. They are laughing at HIM. How in the world do you unleash your military on peaceful protesters? Yep, stoked the flame is all he did.

Hanging around. That sounds pretty violent, doesn't it? So arrest them. You don't tear gas peaceful protesters. What an incompetent and violence inciting fool he is.

Trump has done his autocratic buddies proud with that little speech. I think once he loses the election, he can always take refuge in one of those countries if the lawsuits catch up to him. I think Russia.

So what? Once they learned they had a curfew, they should have dispersed. Stop making excuses.

If I were peacefully protesting and learned that there was a 7 p.m curfew, I would have left. Are you saying you would have thumbed your nose at the curfew and hung around?

It wasn’t even 7pm when the tear gassing started!

With tear gas? What threat were they? When did he announce the 7 pm curfew? Wasn't it later than that prior?
