Some decent reporting from our local media last night. Armed locals, our biker community and militia took to the streets after reports of Pantifa coming from Spokane to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

https://www.khq.com/news/blm-protest...710042a77.html

The only thing they got wrong was that there was no "counter-protest" to the BLM demonstration. We were there to protect the town. And once it was understood that these were peaceful protesters we joined with them and had a good conversation. Everyone on the "defenders" side is as revolted by what happened as the protesters were.

The highpoint was one Pantifa wannabe soy-boy showing up with a mask and crowbar. He was relieved of the crowbar and when he tried to join the protesters, they told him to leave and pointed to the guys with guns and said they are here to keep the peace.

Very proud of this town.

Probably another college aged kid who was brainwashed by college professors to hate America.

Interesting concern from Antifa, who are the absolute Kings of violent political suppression couched in the label of ""counter-protests".

Imo: If you allowed them to have an "good conversation" with you, you're too nice and they'll exploit that fully in some way in the future. I don't feel that way about other groups. With them, the feeling and warning are absolutely warranted. They represent the lowest tier of human: violent zealots for a cause that they don't fully understand or are otherwise willing to hurt as many people as necessary to effect. They cannot be trusted and its a mistake to allow them to gain any rapport with you outside of a political deprogramming environment.

White people re inherently trustng and cooperative and so I will get pushback on this. Consider it a warning about the devil in disguise, hiding a dagger behind his back. You shouldn't talk to him either, even if he's being social. There is no upside.

The only ones that showed up were peaceful protesters, no "instigators", other than the one I mentioned. Not sure where he was from, but he was white. I'll check, there are pics of his car.

The BLM protesters were not violent and protesting is everyone's right. That should be protected. Frankly anyone peacefully protesting Floyd's death is fine in my book because it was awful.
