I saw this excellent interview on Tucker last night.
One of his best points was asking that if it’s racism causing black violence then why is black violence just as high in communities where blacks control the police force and the politics?
And if it’s racism causing blacks low education, then why is their education just as low in communities where blacks control the whole education system?
I’ve believed for a long time that it’s a culture problem, not racism keeping so many blacks down and angry.
Democrats have indoctrinated such a culture of angry victimhood and government dependency, and we refuse to address it truthfully. II taught in a majority-black high school for a few years and saw it first hand.

Can you share any experiences you had as a teacher (if you feel comfortable doing that)?

I've known a few teachers and aides that have taught or are teaching in the Buffalo Schools. Retirement couldn't come soon enough for them or many escaped as soon as they got a job at a suburban school. These teachers are dedicated and there are some wonderful kids with parents who support their endeavor to learn. Unfortunately you then have parents that just don't care. The kids feel this and it just makes them angrier. There was never a day without a physical incident between a teacher and student. They spent as much time if not more trying to get the class to come to order than they did actually teaching. Many are opting for the charter schools which are leaving the worst of the worst in the public schools.
