Etc,

Then it’s like oh it doesn’t matter in this case.

I guess we will soon know the aftermath or lack thereof.
Alot of the Governers are also saying that the protesters should be tested.

well, I don't have any answers, I can only report what I know.

My uncle is an ER doctor and there are many new cases in his hospital these past two weeks. I think each area is different, but this pandemic is definitely not over.

The sad truth is that for every protester who was exposed to coronavirus, they will be having contact with dozens if not hundreds of people in the near future. We may see a group of COVID-19 patients seemingly pop up from nowhere all at once. Perhaps many people will acquire the virus as an indirect result of the protests/riots. That’s not exactly a comforting thought.

who knows?

Funerals limited to five or ten mourners, no more because it's TOO DANGEROUS.

Unless it's one of George Floyd's three funerals, then thousands may attend, no problem.

There is a lot still not known about the virus. It might behave like the flu in that it varies based upon the season. We have entered a period of warm weather. Viruses do not thrive as well in warm humid weather. Flu season is basically over and so COVID might be weakening as well. Part of the problem is that people were social distancing outdoor, stores, businesses and among strangers....but not indoor with family and friends so much. It was mostly spreading within extended families and friends who were not practicing social distancing. Now people are not as confined to indoor spaces since it is warmer and its harder to spread by air outdoors. Thus, there is a reason that the rates SHOULD start going down now that it is warmer. If they don't go down....I think you can attribute that to the protest.

Well, I would hope so, but I don't see it, at least for now. Daily cases are increasing in Texas, Florida, Georgia.

Criteria for re-opening were never met (not even close), people became less careful, Memorial day crowds, incoherent messaging by the authorities, etc. This is what happens when you rush things for political reasons.

Actually the killing of George Floyd has taken over the attention of the country and concern for the coronavirus is now a distant second.

This will be a tremendous boost to President Trump's re-election. Pandemic effected everyone, and everything, Floyd will soon be forgotten, these incidents soon fade away.

It can be stopped, but not with weak liberal ideals.

A curfew, martial law, and live rounds will certainly stop it.
