This is what Pence is saying just a few days ago.

Quote:

Vice President Mike Pence commends Detroit's handling of protesters, says National Guard may be necessary

The Vice President called the video of George Floyd's death heartbreaking and said the administrations understand the need to protest and to let their voice be heard. He said they stand by peaceful protesters.

But what did he do when he was faced with a peaceful protest at a football game?

He walked out before the game even started.

Quote:
Vice President Mike Pence leaves Colts game after 49ers kneel for national anthem

Vice President Mike Pence left the Colts’ game against the 49ers on Sunday after players took a knee during the national anthem.

This is why the right-wing has no credibility. Years of belittling and criticizing an important issue has left them with no standing.

Yep, in fact, the only reason he even went to the game, was to be seen walking out when the players kneeled. It was just political theater in support of the position that Donald Trump has staked out, that these players are "SOBs" who "should got back to where they came from" (Africa)...

Yeah that was a political photo op by Pence. I'm sure at the suggestion of Trump.

However there is a very big difference between the two events which makes it a false comparison. George Floyd was callously murdered and protests are reasonable. Kaep protested based on a lie of disproportionate killing of blacks by cops.

They aren't protests, they are Violent RIOTS. Why are they rioting and looting? The cop is being prosecuted for Murder.

There are protesters, there are rioters, and there are looters. And while there is certainly some small overlap between the three groups, there are three specific groups with three specific agendas.

There are certainly non looting and rioting protestors.

The rioters and looters are simple criminals.

I'll agree with that in concept. However, the Media and Democrats (same thing) are promoting and glorying all of them.

Yes. We have Leftist deBlasio saying to be lenient on the looters. He had more condemnation and disdain for the Jews gathering for a funeral without social distancing than he does for savages burning down buildings and stealing everything they can get their paws on. You can always count on leftists to reveal themselves,

And no idea what to do next.

Mattis and other military leaders have been clear that Trump's plan of using the U.S. military to "dominate" U.S. citizens crosses the line. Yesterday, the Pentagon disarmed the federalized National Guard troops in Washington and sent all the regular troops back to their home bases.

BTW, the National Guard troops in Washington appear all to have been sent by Republican governors: Utah, South Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Maryland, and Florida.

But regardless, what can they and Barr's collection of prison guards, etc. do to stop this?

There is no military solution to this problem.

Pence should have knelt down with Kaepernick.

Jesus would have.
