He'll be extremely lucky to walk away. Humans fail to walk away from much less than that on a regular basis. I had a friend who didn't walk away from a beating like that, from less assailants. They were juveniles and went to prison for over a decade each. If they had been adults they would never have come out.

You can literally get away with murder. Just throw together a Black Lives Matter sign, wait till your target is out in public, scream, "Nazi!! Racist!!" and you can proceed to beat them to death without consequence.
