Not really into the oppression olympics but I think Slavery was much worse. For one.. it lasted longer and the trip from Africa to the Americas was brutal.

Confederacy because it was economically backwards. It favored policies that prevented industrialization and urban growth, keeping the plantation at center of civic life, allowing no public infrastructure or schools. The South is beyond lucky to have lost and then have the winning states pay to help it catch up. Rarely does a war lose win in the long run.
Nazis achieved an economic and industrial miracle during the depression, then sadly used that technology for mass murder.
Slavery was also just not an American thing. Out of the 12.5 million slaves only 388,000 arrived in America. An interesting fact is that 618,000 Americans died fighting about slavery.
Slavery existed long before the Confederacy and still exists today. Remarkable how many people spend so much energy attacking the Confederacy which has been gone for 150 years and do nothing about slavery today.
What slavery is legal in any of the USA? You know, like it was and practiced in the traitorous Confederate States?
