I keep seeing this from Trump haters. Trump is straying from the constitution. Yet these people just say that and never elaborate. How is he straying from the constitution? What specific things has he done that is him straying?
Are they talking about the real constitution of the US or their interpretation of it as a living constitution. Everything I've seen Trump do is by and following the strict laws. He's had his people look back and into different cases to come up with unique solutions to things he needs to get done. All constitutional.
He has said some things that might not follow the constitution but that's just talk. Implementation is what's needed to violate the constitution. Talk is cheap and can be very constructive to out players that are against the administration. When Trump talks smack this is likely what he's doing... flushing out people.
But without action, there can be no violations of the constitution.
So what are all these people talking about when they say he is violating the constitution?
