how will this be determined (blackness)?
and whatever happened to equal protection under the law?

Quote:
Offering few specifics, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said his administration is committed to ensuring that 100% of the state’s black residents have health insurance.

State statistics released Monday indicate black Kentuckians account for 16.5% of Kentucky’s coronavirus deaths but make up just 8.4% of the state’s population, according to Census data.

“Every single individual in our African-American communities is to have a form of health-care coverage,” Beshear (D) said. “We’re going to put money into it, we’re going to

OMG. This has got to be illegal! I’m already paying close to $1000 a month for a poor-coverage bronze plan (couldn’t afford the silver) and now my premiums will be jacked up even further to provide free insurance for all blacks?

Don’t these leftists realize that by favoring blacks over whites to such an extreme extent that they are DRIVING racism, not discouraging it?

What next? Mortgage-free homes for black people? Interest-free car loans?

... And white people don't get sick? How about the hispanic population or asian??

Is this part of the reparation payments that we all know are coming down the line?

What happens if you are half black? Do you get half the coverage?

Soo in this move to fight inequality in our society the state is actually promoting racism by excluding everyone that is not black??

Could you imagine the backlash if some governor said we are going to insure 100% of white people?

This can be the seed sowed that will lead to free healthcare for all.
My question? Where will the money come from?
My suggestion...........keep raising them import tariffs.

Isn't that being kinda racist? This whole protest movement seems so obvious as Democrat ploy to win black votes in November. Let's just give them free money!!

They know Trump did real good things for black people. Disgusts me so much. They will burn down our country to get their power back. Wake up people.

Could this be a political ploy to help McGrath? A new poll shows her leading Senator McConnell by one point (so, within the margin of error):

As noted frequently herein, this seems highly suspect: you cannot prefer one race over another concerning health care.

Soooo..the governor figures that black people are "too stupid" to get health insurance on their own? That he has to, swoop in and save them from their ignorance ?

Yeah..classic example of "bigotry of low expectation"
