America went insane over the weekend. That's barely an overstatement. People in their 80s who have lived in the U.S. all their lives said they've never seen anything like it. Ask an 80-year-old.
This was without precedent in the modern era. A small group of highly aggressive emotionally charged activists took over our culture. They forced the entire country to obey their will. It all happened so fast and with such ferocity that virtually no one resisted it.
People seem bewildered, even stunned by what was happening. Statements of fact and opinion that were entirely within the bounds of reasonable conversation just last Sunday, suddenly, a week later, were enough to get you fired from your job. And a number of people were fired.
An awful lot happened this weekend. We want to assess the aftermath of it all, suggest what it may mean, and where this country is likely to go from here.

Absolutely terrifying the overnight switch that was flipped on American culture. On the one hand, something had to do be done to move the arrow in the right direction for Blacks. On the other hand, who can trust Antifa and the soy milk drinking snowflakes bowing and kneeling to now be in charge of American culture?
Also terrible is that when one brings up BLM’s unsavory ties, and its serving as a front for the evil Soros, he or she gets the usual liberal slap down: racist!
That is why the Democrats are FALLING ALL OVER THEMSELVES to embrace ONLY Black Lives Matter. They fear the emergence of another Political Party with ONLY Blacks, FOR Blacks which will siphon off Black votes. That would devastate the Democrats. They would no longer have their ability to PANDER to and USE the Black Community the way they do now.

All a person has to do to get fired now, is say "buildings matter," as a way to push back against the left, who claim violent protesters who turn to looting and burning down businesses is not considered violence.
Apparently now.... if you disagree with abolishing police departments, that too is reason enough to demand you be fired from your job. Hell, just sending a tweet, and forgetting to tag #blacklivesmatter, is enough for people to disown you and cast you out.
The left in this country are fascistic, that much is clear.

No reason for me to. I'm 75 and that's close enough. I think the constant flood of made up and biased news reports is having an effect on the poorly informed Americans. They believe that something terrible is going on, they believe that it's systematic, and they believe they can "make a difference".
But a political party, it is not. A lobbying arm for Democrats, maybe, but not a party.
There are lots of moving parts, but those of us who vote habitually and never march will take the day. BLM protestors are not voters, and they will assist Trump with winning in November.
If blacks lives truly mattered where were all these hypocrite protesters after 18 were killed in Chicago on May 31? Highest one day total in 60 years.
Do black lives really matter to them or is it only when a cop kills a black guy who happened to be a dangerous felon?
Congrats Chicago Mayor Lightfoot on your record day. 18 killed in 24 hours. Incredible! The previous one day high was 13. What is she doing? Over 100 car jackings in Chicago this year resulting in 4 arrests. That right. 4.
BLM got hijacked by Neo-Marxist revolutionaries a long time ago. It's unfortunate as the underlying message wasn't actually a bad one. It's a bit like the TEA Party that way. Good movements tend to get hijacked by bad people.
A long time ago there was the Cultural Revolution in China. The Red Guard: A bunch of brainwashed, ideologically driven, angry young people went on rampage all over China. Millions were killed. Numerous accounts of completely innocent people being slowing and horrifically tortured to death found their way out of China. Countless historical treasures were destroyed because they weren't Socialist enough.
The riots and protest sure are looking more and more like the Cultural Revolution. Antifa and BLM are the Red Guard of the USA.
The disgusting irony: Because of the riots and chaos, about additional people have died as a direct result. More than half are black. The murder rates in mostly black areas of cities all over the USA are skyrocketing. Violent crime in those areas is skyrocketing. You've already massively increased the number of dead black people. Disbanding and defunding the police will be like throwing gasoline on that fire.
Seems like BLM and Antifa are directly causing a lot of black people to die while trying to make the point that "Black Lives Matter!!" They don't seem to matter much to BLM.
