Since that zone is not part of the United States, how about everyone who steps foot into the succeeded nation of Chaz no longer get welfare, paid for by U.S. citizens, since they are aligning with traitors and thus traitors themselves?

The city could call in the National Guard and clear it out but they don't care about the safety of their tax paying residents.
Tell them they can protest peacefully but cannot take ownership of a portion of the city.
Keep giving them an inch and they will feel entitled to more until they start taking over suburban streets and private homes. Some people WERE burned out of their homes during these riots, you don't hear much about that. That might wake up some people to how dangerous this stuff really is.
Reminds me of the Life and Times of Frederick Douglass. In the book, he overheard his master say to his mother, "if you give a negro an inch, he will take an ell." He was referring to education. While I don't think education is a problem, the media sure totally is.
