I have always felt that the police department should try to have cops patrolling areas of their own ethnicity to avoid these "racial" issues. There is usually (in the past) high demand for jobs on the police force and there is certainly the opportunity to hire black cops for predominantly black neighborhoods, Hispanic cops for Hispanic neighborhoods, ect..........

If a black cop kills a black criminal, it's because his entire department of whites have influenced him to be racist, too.

He didn’t avoid it. He’s considered a criminal by trump and the majority, including West Virginia governor. So all blacks are criminals just by doing something or not something according to what whites want. All blacks are therefore criminals.
