Comedy sometimes goes too far and in this case he was making a point via parody.

There are better ways to have done it, as he himself says.

I'm not a fan but sheesh, it seems like the mob is hungry to tear people apart.

Rahm Emanuel's administration in Chicago got caught trying to help cover up a police murder and he's still working for ABC (and had a job at the Atlantic too after that came out). That's going to be my bellweather, when you guys get around to dealing with Rahm and the rest of the "free pass brigade" then you can start going after someone that made a tasteless parody 27 years ago.
