There is a lot of violence in our future. Gen X and millennials have been fortunate enough to live life in easy mode up until now but that is about to change. Remember, the left offered to take over the country without violence but we rejected their offer. Now we get to see what happens when people mistakenly believe they were willing to take no for an answer.

We just have some moron saying if we stop testing our case numbers will go down.

Who says dumb **** like that? And says stuff like that regularly?

Oh yeah... the failure in the White House...

It’s obvious it’s not bad enough yet for you because you’re still making excuses. When it gets as bad as you claim you’ll stop with excuses.
Trump failed the responsibility of other people.

Do you know anything about this country? There are laws in place preventing the federal government from interfering state affairs.

All of the failures you cited belong to the state and local governments, mostly democrats. It is NOT the president’s job!

Chaz? Heck the elected in Seattle are calling it the Summer of Love.

The AG in my state said at a rally that "sometimes the forest has to burn to promote new growth". It not her property that is being destroyed and torched..

They like to blame Trump for it all as if this wouldn't have happened under Hillary, reminder we had riots under Obama and he applauded BLM. Do people really think that Biden has all the answers? Do they really think that if elected all this strife will vanish?

The mob is gearing up to run the show right into the ground and our elected are running scared. If you don't kneel fast enough the mob will destroy you. BLM enjoys complete immunity from criticism. One can be fired from their job, or literally beaten up for saying "all lives matter".

Tucker Carlson had an excellent opinion piece last night

https://www.foxnews.com/category/sho...kers-monologue

He talks about the popularity of BLM and how they got there through shaming people and destruction. If you disagree with them they will burn you down. They are beholding to no one and that is scary.

Whether Trump or Biden is in the WH next year this "movement" is not going to stop. They are now shaping our politics by influencing our weak elected to bend to their demands. Are reparations coming down the line?

So what happens when the BLM movement influences our elected to disband the Police and suddenly the criminals can operate without worry?

We have the Corona that is here to stay and now we have a violent movement where the rioters when they are actually arrested they are quickly released and the charges dropped against them. How much of America has to burn? Did you plan on traveling this Summer? Do you have fear of taking a wrong turn off the road and into the middle of a riot or stuck in traffic for hours due to protesters shutting down the road?

It has been a nice run for America but I fear we are done and that is sad because there is so much still to see and do or at least there was.
agree with your post except for the order of events.
we have been weak economically since 2008 which we never recovered from. we merely printed our way to prosperity over the next decade. the virus was merely the deathblow, the pin that pops the bubble.

a house divided against itself cannot stand and that is the state we are in now. we are being torn apart from the inside.

I have absolutely no faith in the political class, regardless of party; the democrats are certainly onboard with BLM, while many Republicans lack the courage to stand up to it.. All of them are vile poltroons.
The lack of leadership, and the abundance of self serving, gutless time servers in government has led to this, aided and abetted by the mendacious "media", and 40 + years of brainwashing by the education establishment.
Say what you will about Trump, and his many faults, but if the sock puppet Biden is elected, he will nod his empty head yes for everything BLM and it's idiot supporters demand, absent any criticism from what will be left of the Republican party , and certainly none from a gleeful media echo chamber.
The self-loathing, clueless masses may well get what they deserve.

Excellent post USC..

The fear I have is that so many of the Democrat politicians have signed on to pander to the mob out of fear of losing their jobs. The Republicans are so wishy washy over everything they don't know how to respond so they don't.

The fear is that law and order is on the way out being cast aside for peoples feelings and misguided protests. The mob doesn't care that Police kill more white people than black. They don't care that the Police help more people in the black community than they harm. Don't they think that the good people in the neighborhood breathe a sigh of relief when the police arrest the local drug dealer or break up a gang?

Trump is caught in a difficult position because the media is out to get him. Imagine if he makes good on his threat to activate the military to retake the new nation of Chaz and one person gets hurt. The Left will be calling for his impeachment again. If he sits back and does nothing, letting the elected of Seattle deal with their "Summer of Love" he will be accused of being a racist and not caring about the plight of black people.

Biden is a sock puppet that will bow to the demands of the protesters because if he doesn't he will be destroyed. A vote for Biden is a vote for reparations not only to the actual descendants of slaves but to millions of other black people that have come from all over the world in the past 150 years.

The white guilt runs deep in the Democrat party.

The Republicans are weak from fear and the Democrats are pandering to the mob and are willing to answer their demands such as defunding and disbanding Police Departments.

What could possibly go wrong when there is no one to respond to your 911 call?

There have been countless movies about the lawless dystopian future and I fear we are on our way to that.

There is reality - and then there is the Trump haters reality. "Progressive Liberal Privilege" and their belief that they know what's best for everyone else - especially people who shop at Walmart.

i agree with this but I don't necessarily believe that anyone else at the helm would've fared better.

we are too culturally diverse. all the countries that managed the virus well were in asia where they are ethnically and culturally homogeneous, and have a collectivism mindset.

This is why it's important for Republicans to come out - IN FORCE - in November.

Only another Trump victory will slow this crazy, Marxist leftist intersectional runaway train. It would be a complete rebuke of both the media AND the Democrats, who hold all levers of popular media and culture.

Mobilize. Energize. Get to the polls. Bring granny and your nieces and nephews too. There's a huge enthusiasm gap between Biden and Trump, and many who dislike Trump may just stay home if they can't see themselves voting for Biden because he's a sack of mush in a suit. So keep the pressure up, keep the enthusiasm up, and buck the media narrative. Again.

And how glorious would it be to show them that despite having that power, the people STILL rejected them in large enough numbers.

And then, once unworried about a re-election, Trump can be Trump. The kind of Trump Democrats THINK he is. And THEN America can flush the democrat detritus into the septic tank where they belong.

It’s not the Republican politicians. It is the Republican voters lack of courage.

None of us stands up to the mob, the media, and the insane left.

We either keep quiet or bend over yet we wonder why the world goes insane.

The end is near ... Read heart84's predictions in the investing subforum which are likely to come true. In the end it's usually the money supply that destroys civilizations.

Trump is the lessor of two evils but they are all pretty inept...our leaders i mean. Maybe everything will go back to normal maybe not. I'm not going to fight what is for now.

Most of them have kids to feed, so they need to keep their jobs. The ability to destroy the career of anyone who speaks out against you is a powerful weapon that is tough to counter.
