True. Not all blacks are violent thugs. But their rate of violence is much higher than other groups. That is a major problem.
Exactly: it's not skin color that makes a person a violent thug but the CULTURE they choose to practice. As a person of color, I admit that I felt far safer stopping by the diners of 100 percent white towns in Northern Idaho and Montana than I would in the ghetto of Oakland or South-Central L.A. I'd rather get a few odd stares of curiousity and the potential for the occasional racial slur (although I didn't hear any when I was on my road trip in the upper mountain states) than be the victim of random violence that's "standard" in the ghetto.

This is the thing. The vast majority of that violent crime comes out of the underclass subset within the Black population. It isn't the average Black person doing it. It is underclass thug types doing this. Associating the average Black person with the underclass thugs is a stupid idea.

I've given up hope that this "culture" will ever change. I've been hearing successful and educated blacks preach for decades about how the culture needs to change. That family values need to be strengthened, that education needs to be valued higher, that youth need to not be trained from birth to view law enforcement and "the man" as adversaries if not enemies. And it goes on and on and on. And it seems worse in the cities controlled the most by influential blacks, who use it for political leverage.
