I am not for reparations. I don't think it does much in the long term.

I'm OK with 2 thru 4.

#5 runs counter to #4 as the post below points out. Do you want fairness or not?

You are correct, almost every exonerated death row prisoner is a person of color. The system is obviously racist. I recommend the movie Just Mercy. It on Netflix now.
