He has since deleted his account and said he may have gotten "spun up" about the interaction and misinterpreted it. He says he never intended for Cafferty to lose his job.

There was a hugely popular culinary show in my ex country, back in the 70s and 80s. A star chef with a reputation both domestic and international, a host - the most popular one in the country. Every episode was one good recipe, done from start to finish, with the same obligatory ending - the beloved host tasting it and confirming its deliciousness with a sign. That exact sign. For generations of people from ex-Yugoslavia older than 45 it means - wow, this tastes great. It has become a gesture usually made as a compliment to the cook. Some people still use it. Some use it even in the broader context: wow, this is great.
I could actually document it with videos. But then I stopped in my tracks. I know the chef must be old, but don't know where he is. What if he is in the States. I like the guy and don't want to let the SJWs out on him. Heck, even if I didn't like the guy, I wouldn't let the SJWs out on him.

As the ruling elite, any of these people can:
Rule 1: - flash whatever the heck they want, do and say whatever the nonsense they want, with or without intent, seven days a week, all the way to the moment they fall from grace.
Add1: If they ever do, that will be the moment all this documentation bites them in the ass, hard.
But wait, there's more:
Rule 2: Not only can they flash that sign, with or without intent, they also have the power to bury any of you rubes for doing the same. With or without intent.

Sounds about right. They fire the white guy who can command a higher salary and replace him with 2 or 3 non white people. Some here from other countries on H1B1 Visas.
