There are plenty of posts all ready pointing out the lack of social distancing and masks at many events of course they don't make you sign a release of liability to attend. Trumps the poster child for not wearing a mask but heaven forbid anyone around him isn't wearing one (now).

Did the CDC recommend opening indoor arenas to crowds, will they use Trump as an example and open up schools, churches and movie theaters. I mean if Trump does it it must be alright.

Florida’s new coronavirus cases are exploding, with 3,822 more people diagnosed in a single day, according to data released Friday.

That shattered the previous record of 3,207 cases set just a day earlier. This continues a trend where there has been at least 2,000 cases added in six out of the past seven days.
Yeah, it's getting completely out of hand. Italy with x3 the population, had something like 6500 at its peak.

I think what jbg is saying is that "if rioting criminals do it, then so can we".

But no one identifies himself as the organizer of a riot. If they did for sure they would be sued if they didn't get a release. But there would also be suits for arson damage.

Well if the "organizer" can get the amount of debt owed high enough, perhaps he could qualify for a bailout from the fed.

You're being disengenuous. All good presidents follow the leads of their expert advisers.

That's exactly how it works. And there isn't going to be a reclosure.

That was my subtle point.

What do you think I meant by him tossing the puck at someone else?

There has NEVER been a president who constantly blames people who work for them.

Truman's "the puck stops here" meant he is in charge and he takes responsibility. This quality is 100% absent in Trump, since he has no idea what leadership means.
