Unfortunately, the "justice" system has been highjacked by the "legal" system, in which justice is not served in many instances. The common sense of Soloman and the founding fathers has been replaced by clever lawyers seeking loopholes and exceptions in the law to protect criminals at the expense of the population.
Liberalism is a force against the rule of law and a return to a feudal, totalitarian system.
