No community organizers or therapists are going to deal with drugged up/crazy/criminal people in the hood without armed protection.
The cost of this will be far, far higher than just holding every citizen to the same standards of behavior.
So who pays for it and even so it’s going to fail miserably...will you just shut up and let the cops do the best job they possibly can and maybe even show them a little support?
