Just about everyday yet another incident.

100-1 odds Publix will soon cave.

Publix Supermarkets will not allow employees to wear apparel with messaging supporting the Black Lives Matter movement, referencing its uniform policy that prohibits clothing with messaging not associated with the chain, according to NBC News.

This statement came after Quinton Desamours came to work at a Florida Publix in a mask with "BLM" written on it. The 18-year-old told NBC-2 that the assistant manager told him he couldn't wear it because "[he was] endangering [himself] and everyone who worked there."

He tweeted about the incident, saying that he will no longer be working at the store.

Finally! Some common sense!

Love Publix; their key lime cheesecake is amazing.

He wrote BLM with a sharpie on a disposable paper mask. Most employee handbooks have this well covered that there is no advertising allowed on clothing, etc. It's a shame people do not use common sense.

Someone needs to take a stand on this. Having a uniform policy is NOT racist if someone wears something other than what is in the dress code.

Queue the MAGA masks in 3...2...1......lol.

But no, the purveyors of what is and is not allowed in society would not like that.

I grew up with church ladies and I really fudging hate people like that with narrow minded preachiness. Well, I gotta tell you the far left is every bit as bad, they justify it differently but also think they are *right* with an almost divine obligation to enlighten by force if neccessary.

It would be nice if Publix holds firm on this.

It should be up to the business if they want to allow political messaging.

Staying politicly neutral is always smart business policy.

It's also their right to be "dumb" as far as business policies go.

As always, let the glorious free market work it out.
