'Embraced' Black Lives Matter? I don't know who they are polling, but I'm pretty certain quite a few Americans are fed up with these race baiting extortionists regardless of what the mainstream media is trying to shove down our throats.
Any company or person has the right to not get involved in politics of any kind especially when it comes to groups like BLM. It's one thing for a company to commit to saying they don't tolerate racism, and another when they are pressured into publicly supporting an extremist organization like BLM.
Surveys show a dramatic increase in Americans’ support for the Black Lives Matter movement over time. A Yahoo News/YouGov poll this month, for example, found that 57% of U.S. adults had a “very or somewhat favorable” view of the movement. In contrast, just 27% of U.S. adults in a 2016 YouGov poll said they “strongly or somewhat” approved of the movement.
The recent protests stemming from George Floyd’s killing appear to have galvanized considerable support for Black Lives Matter: A June 10 New York Times article, citing data from the survey-research firm Civiqs, reported that support for the movement had grown in the previous two weeks by almost as much as it had in the last two years.
“It seems that more people in the public are endorsing and making the statement that black lives matter rather than saying, ‘I’m part of a movement or part of an organization’ or any kind of connotation that goes with that,” Quinetta Roberson, a Villanova University professor of management who specializes in diversity and inclusion, told MarketWatch.

From what I can tell, its mostly white people I see marching and having BLM signs. I think white people are more comfortable and accepting of the organization or movement when they see a dominating white presence involved.
I know of white conservative parents who have teenage kids in support of BLM.

Yeah, some white people are racist and BLM is a prefect fit for them to have their fits !!!
Employers that support a racist society will support BLM !!! The problem won't go away when they do !!!

I work for a company that makes Satellite systems for world communications. We are a diverse company, but most of the employees as well as management tend to be conservative leaning. They had hired a Black women about a month ago, and she one day came wearing a Black Lives Matter T-Shirt. Nobody really cared. Little did she know that the engineering department which includes me as well as the head engineer who is Hispanic, as well as other Hispanics, one Black guy, an Indian and a couple of White guys are all Trump supporters. One of the guys is a huge Trump supporter and help start the Palm Beach branch of the Trump Train, as also is part of the secret service motorcade when Trump comes into town. He has this old Fire Rescue truck that he turned into a Trump supporting van, so we all agreed for him to bring the Trump Train truck to work and we would all wear our MAGA apparel. So, we did. Let's just say, she hasn't made many friends at work. I guess some people have to learn the hard way that you should at least wait a year when you are first hired before you start to bring in politics and religion with you.

This would have been a perfect opportunity to have a political discussion and find out where she's coming from. If you're going to go to work wearing politically charged apparel, you better be ready to discuss your beliefs and be open to listening to opinions that differ from yours.
Does she think that conservatives don't believe black lives matter? If she does, that is highly racist. Funny thing is, you guys likely know more about the BLM movement than she does.

True..during the day time the protesters are mostly white and mostly wear mask..But when the sun went down it was a complete different scenario as the majority of so called protesters that were rioting, burning and looting were mostly black and few with mask.

We have several Black people that work with us and they tried to talk to her, but she just shunned them and eats alone in her truck during lunch. One Black guy was a democrat until under Clinton, the NAFTA agreement was signed. He was in his 30's and was a manager for Motorola and then he lost his job after NAFTA was signed and the company took the opportunity to move to Mexico. He also doesn't like Bush because he too is what you call a Neocon.
And it is hilarious because during the 2008 election I made it well known I was going to vote for Obama, and it was he that tried to get me to stop. By the time 2012 rolled around, everything he said about Obama was right. I was hoping he would bring back the jobs and stop the wars and he didn't do any of it. I didn't much like Mitt Romney so threw my vote away on Gary Johnson. This man is also one of the main reasons I voted for Trump. Truth, it was a combination of my Black friend at work, Candace Owens who is also a Black conservative, and Alex Jones that convinced me to vote Trump. Life is kind of funny sometimes, huh?
