With Chaz experiencing it's first murder, I'm left wondering... How does Chaz compare to other cities in terms of violent crimes? Detroit has a homicide rate of around 38 per 100,000 residents, and it is considered very violent. That would be 3.8 per 10,000 residents or .38 per 1000 residents. Chaz can't have very many people crammed into 4 or 6 blocks. So how does their murder rate compare to other violent democrat cities would you say?
