Lafayette Square is 7 acres of prime real estate. Privatize it!

The cops came and saved the statue. Are leaders starting to come to their senses? CHOP getting the chop, and now statues being saved...Dems are starting to understand that this unlawful behaviour isn't helping them.

The cops in D.C. were actually allowed to step in? That is absolutely shocking considering who is mayor and what her stance has been thus far.

MLK would not approve of these violent protests.
His statues could be next.
Maybe lady liberty too?

Lafayette Park has its own police department because it's a federal landmark.
Can't say with certainty which department was responsible for stepping in. I don't know.

I've said this before and it was deleted but I really feel its true all of the statues that are being targeted; are of white men. This is the opposite of unity. I Hope the remainder of statues are left alone and these people find a better way to occupy their time.
