All of corporate america is jumping on the bandwagon.
All this sudden talk about spending millions of dollars increasing black presence in company leadership positions, and they seem to have forgotten that other minorities suffer the same more or less.
Studies show that "Dante" gets 50% less job recruitment interest than "David", even when both have exactly the same merits.
And even after studying and working their asses off, the Joseph CHANGs of america will be passed over in favor of the Joseph Smiths for upper management.
So how about spending some of that money for full representation, eh?
