Again, you sound pretty bigoted yourself. You might want to examine that before you accuse anyone else of racism.

And, no, I'm not a Republican or a conservative. Far from it.

I find Mexican food to be pretty generic, too, though, admittedly, I might not be the most knowledgeable about it.

I prefer the food scene in large northern cities to that of the South, because there's a much larger selection of authentic ethnic foods to choose from (due to different immigration patterns).

That same lenient attitude on immigration also led to the downfall of the Native American way of life.

Verbum sapienti sufficit.
I couldnt agree more.

Nope. Mexican Activist groups in the 70s invented the "hispanic" category and lobbied for it's inclusion.

Genetics are what they are. No one is trying to label anyone racially except for the truth of what they actually are racially. The fact remains that most Latinos in our country are not just plain ole white. Most are half white and Amerindian aka Mestizos.

There is no Mexican race. Mexican is a nationality not a race.

Not a big surprise. Each family has about 4-6 kids (even though many can barely support 1 financially )

Mexicans protested against that. Back then, they wanted to be white.
