Bush actually ‘accomplished’ a lot:

HE unilaterally cancels the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty that protects the U.S. and world from nuclear holocaust.

HE unilaterally cancels the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty which protects the U.S. and world from exposure to fall-out and radiation.

HE orders the CIA and FBI to cease investigating Saudi royals and the wealthy Bin Laden family money trail to Al Qaeda and renegade brother Osama — right after he’s inaugurated president January 20, 2001.

HE passes thru Congress a $1.3 TRILLION dollar tax-cut of which 90% goes to 3% of the wealthiest Americans, or his 'base' as he likes to call them. Later he passes another whopping $500 billion tax cut for his rich friends.

He turns a record surplus from Clinton into a record deficit.

HE distinguishes Ariel Sharon with the title “Man of Peace” and pledges unconditional support for Israel despite its human rights violations against the Palestinians, the source of terrorists’ attacks against the Israeli people. His lopsided Israeli policy guarantees terrorists’ attacks against the U.S. in the future — by enraging Muslims world-wide.

HE orders his State Department to negotiate with the Taliban of Afghanistan in March 2001 on behalf of U.S. oil companies who want to build a pipeline across Afghan territory — and offers the Taliban $43 million in U.S. tax dollars to do so. Along with the “offer,” He’s “diplomats” threaten the Taliban that if they do not accept the oil companies’ offer of a “carpet of gold,” they’ll be showered with a “carpet of bombs.”

HE receives an urgent message from the CIA on August 6, 2001, while he’s on his 33-day Crawford Ranch vacation that Al Qaeda is soon to launch the hijacking of airliners to crash into U.S. buildings and landmarks. HE ignores the message, but then after 9/11 denies access to the memo when requested by congressional investigators and a bipartisan probe in 2003.

HE blares the word “Trifecta” to describe 9/11 — relating how the disaster was advantageous to his administration’s political objectives. It was the silver lining to the dark cloud. HE exploits America's grief for his personal benefit.

HE with his cluster of neo-con war-hawks plan an invasion of Iraq in 1997, then write another paper in September 2000 where they elaborate “a new Pearl Harbor” is necessary to initiate a war against Iraq — to propel the U.S. into empire status.

HE and his FCC Chairman, Michael Powell (son of Colin), plot to de-regulate the media and airwaves so that large corporations can monopolize communications in America, and thus deprive citizens of FAIR & BALANCED news coverage.

HE, Rumsfeld and Cheney award no-bid contracts on January 20, 2003, for the re-construction of Iraq (with whom the US hadn’t even initiated a war at that stage) — awarded exclusively to Halliburton, Kellogg-Brown & Root (Halliburton subsidiary), and Bechtel — only because they are major contributors to the Republican Party and Cheney has interest in Halliburton as former CEO and is continued to be paid $1 million per year while serving in the Administration.

HE orders cluster bombs dropped on Iraq.

HE orders the Defense Department to research the use of new mini-nukes in violation of the International Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.

HE permits only one group of people to fly over U.S. airspace immediately after 9/11 — whose last names are primarily “Bin Laden” — because he has deep business ties with Saudi royals. The Saudi sheiks and Bin Ladens are not detained nor questioned before being whisked away to Saudi Arabia — compliments of George He.

HE plots with the Department of Labor to “reinterpret” the 1938 Fair Labor Standards Act so that 8,000,000 American workers are denied over-time pay.

HE uses deception to sell the war against Iraq by claiming it has weapons of mass destruction, is an imminent threat, and has links with Osama bin Laden.

HE demolishes relations with our closest allies and turns foreign relations on its head — embarrassing the United States like no other time in history.

HE uses the Aircraft Carrier USS Abraham Lincoln on May 1, 2003, as a stage prop in San Diego Harbor to announce “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED” in Iraq.

HE unapologetically addresses the UN General Assembly on September 23, 2003, and demands other nations pitch in and pay for his blunder. He begs the UN to help after he calls the nations of the world "irrelevant" and "useless."

Just off the top of my head:

Getting Libya and Qadaffi to give up their nuclear aspirations, denounce terrorism, and move towards reintegrating into the international comunity.

Increasing AIDs funding to Africa.

Pushing Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt to increase political freedoms (though, slowly).

Supporting Lebanon in throwing out the Syrians and moving towards real self-government.

The truth is that Bush is more concerned with "fixing" other countries and in the process has failed to do anything good for America. He's forgotten which country he's actually responsible for. He needs to stop concerning himself with the problems of other countries and face the VERY REAL PROBLEMS of America.

He adamantly denies that the war has NOT been the success that he wanted it to be.

He refuses to face the fact that we are entering (if not already in) a recession.

His No Child Left Behind Act hasn't helped the students who need it, but has held back the students who don't need to be tested over and over again. So, the students who excel at education have been put "on hold" while the students who need the extra attention (not tests) try to catch up.

Bush has done nothing but harm and the only thing that gives comfort is knowing that he can never be president again!

Bush’s AIDS program was just another taxpayer gift to the pharmaceutical corporations, aimed at shutting down genetic pharmaceutical production in a number of countries such as Brazil, Thailand and India. The US government forced bilateral trade deals that will prevent the export of these drugs and force poor countries to buy from the US pharmaceutical giants.

In October 2003 he appointed the former CEO of Eli Lilly, Randall Tobias, to head up his ‘Emergency Plan for AIDS’. Tobias defended his appointment and complete lack of experience of dealing with AIDS, claiming he would “get a better deal” with the drug companies for antiretroviral AIDS drugs. In other words, Tobias will use the government tax dollars to buy AIDS drugs from US corporations at their inflated prices—often up to 10 times more than the price of generic versions.

The program, announced by Bush in his visit to Africa, was supposed to spend $15 billion over the next five years to fight the AIDS pandemic. Bush abandoned the UN-backed Global AIDS initiative, giving only $200 million—6.6 percent of the total needed in 2004, causing other nations to follow the lead of the US, so that the UN report on HIV/AIDS in 2003 announced that “many UN member states will not meet basic AIDS prevention and care goals.”
