Is lighting fluid that flammable that if you squirt it on something and throw a lighter at it, the thing will burn?
In order to stay lit, the lighter would have to be a zippo lighter. Do people usually carry those and throw them away?
Did the cops retrieve the lighter from her car?
Her hair wasn't singed?
An EMT doesn't know when to seek medical attention?

I think the theory someone floated earlier is correct. She was out starting things on fire, an accident happened, and she needed to come up with a story on the fly to explain her injuries.

All these days without any update from the police smells like Smollett level of lying.

I'm still sticking with my theory that the white figure on the crossing signal jumped off said signal and perpetrated the crime. Post crime, it jumped back in the signal with no one the wiser.

Racist white bastard.

I agree this is what bothers me, if I had gotten burned like that I would have dialed 9-1-1 told them how i was burned and head to the ER. And if you were just attacked by 4 white men you would have called 911 not waited . It just doesn't make any sense. Sooner or later there will be video.

Well, that does make more sense than her version, so I'll go with that, too.

For being an EMT - she's not too bright. Considering the severity - of her burns.

Have patience folks.

I'm sure the Madison police department and the FBI are working quadruple overtime to solve this case nearly three weeks later.

FBI cant get a handle on this difficult crime. The democrat wing of the fbi must be investigating this one. I dont think they want to conclude the obvious.

A spokeswoman for the Bernstein family, attorney Andrea Love Sumpter, said "law enforcement has been in regular communication" with her and the family.

"I have advised the family against making statements during an on-going investigation, in order to avoid compromising the hard work of law enforcement officials," she said in an email.

On Wednesday, she declined to answer questions about the investigation on behalf of the family.

Unlike in other unsolved cases, police have not released any images from surveillance cameras that might have recorded the attack or the assailants.
