Even those with symptoms and/ or tested positive were not forced into quarantine.

According to this, Javits did not have Initially have sufficient equipment or ICU beds to handle most COVID patients. There was a 25 point checklist to determine which COVID patients were eligible for transfer. Very few qualified.

I think what has happened is social media again. Years ago we listened to experts and rarely did we doubt them. Now the experts speak and immediately after people are saying they are wrong, they are lying, they have some kind of agenda.
