Let me guess, you don't like that the state flag of Mississippi is having the Confederate part removed. Well, remember this. A majority of people voted in favor to get rid of the Confederate symbol on its flag.

Good riddance to rubbish.
It should have never been on the flag in the first place.

Well, the House voted to remove it. And there are some things you should understand.

1) 38% of Mississippi's population is Black. Most Blacks do not view the Confederate flag in a positive light.
2) In combination with Mississippi's large Black population, it would take about 1/4 of the White population being against it to bring it to a majority.

In that case one wonders when Hawaii will remove the Union Jack from their flag canton. Or for that matter, when will people notice Georgia replaced their Confederate Battle Flag-dominated state flag with a barely modified version of the first flag of the CSA.

LOL, Georgia basically adopted the Stars and Bars as their state flag, then proclaimed, "see, look! We changed our flag!" and got away with it.

Only the "offended" can have their desires fulfilled. Let's not have any of that "democracy" nonsense. If self important people feel that they are injured by symbols from the past, it's high time we cater to their pain. Those who can not tolerate historical representations of [censored] [deleted] [purged] are precious, then let us all suffer vandalism and destruction on their behalf.
We may as well extend the courtesy to Muslims who hate symbols of infidels, dogs, and especially crusades.
And then there are those who consider pigs to be unclean - let's clear the skyline of all Pork Bar-be-cue signage... and ban bacon from all restaurants.
And then there are those who consider Mormons to be unChristians, so we can attack their monuments and memorials, too.
And then there are those who consider Catholics to be evil agents of Satan, so let's tear down their Churches, statuary, and so on.
And then there's Justin Bieber - - -OMG!

Where do you stop?
