This crisis might be just the way to shake the trees, and people who have zero sense of judgement but are in leadership/executive positions will fall out.
She and several neighbors reported the posts to Wells Fargo, telling the company a Houston area Wells Fargo executive put up an array of racially offensive things.
"The Meme has a man and a woman and says ‘Excuse me ma’am are you a police officer?' and the ladies response was ‘No sir. Why?' and his response was ‘Because you’re taking my breath away’.

I have a friend who used to be in middle management at Wells Fargo. The stories he told me of their corporate culture have ensured that I will never, ever use any product or service of theirs, ever.
Re-read the article. He posted white supremacy memes. Obviously he should have been fired. An image of a raised fist has historically been a symbol of fighting systemic racism and oppression. Calling it racist, or putting it in the same category as white supremacy is somewhat odd.
