LOL
They were nowhere near the mayor's house.
They were trespassers and they presented a threat.

They should of gone to the mayor`s office, I assume she does have one. I know I would have felt threatened, by that mob. These so called protesters, have destroyed so much. Ask all the business owners, and others who have been hurt, if they think this couple should of had guns.

Mine actually does. But easements allow others to pass at will.
It's a private, gated community. Those streets are paid for by the residents, and therefore are not open to the public.

Only in the crazy world that progressives have inflicted upon us. The only "court" that should matter is the court of law. But in this Cancel Culture we are currently live in, how you make others "feel" matters more than the law.

They broke into private property. They threatened violence. They crowd had weapons. Given the current state of affairs in that area, waiting for looting to happen will be at your peril.

The protesters took a short cut through their private road. Cameras determined the protesters did not smash the gates as was reported by some media.

According to the armed couple, 2 white people among the protesters, made threats.

The protesters were on their way to the mayor’s home.

Security cameras showed the protesters did not take out the fence. The couple’s attorney has made a statement the threats happened after the couple got the firearms.

Obviously, the couple was afraid of what might happen.

Protesters took a short cut through this private community on their way to the mayor’s personal residence. They trespassed on the private road.

The male subsequently said, the verbal and physical threats happened after they got their firearms.

No 911 calls were made from this community.

Security camera shows the protesters did not damage the gate.

Local LE is sorting it out. The couple has lawyered up.
