UPDATE — Missouri Attorney General has NOT dismissed charges against gun-toting McCloskeys

It has been clear from the day the McCloskeys were indicted that the MO AG opposed it. The question is what can he do? And if he does kill it I would think there will be litigation.
And whoever was responsible for leveling the charges in the first place should be terminated immediately and possibly face criminal charges. I hope the McCloskeys sue the pant off that particular department and particular person.
So, I jumped the gun on the word of a journalist I trusted. This will get fixed.
