Hello, my fellow CD people. I hope all of you are doing well.
I generally hear a lot of US citizens talking about "freedoms/rights" we need to take advantage of while we still can as they say big brother is trying to take them away. However; my question is, what "freedoms" have TECHNICALLY been taken away within the last 100 years within the United States? This would be from 1920 till our current year. What former rights did US citizens have that they do not have now due to the government taking them away? Please provide reference links. Thank you
Please remember that this is about freedoms that have been TECHNICALLY taken away, and please provide reference links. Thank you

Reason: People not following instructions
How about the Right to walk down the street while wearing a hat that supports your love for America and respect for the President without fear of being attacked?
How about being able to put a Trump bumper sticker on your car without fear of it being vandalized.
How about being able to fly the American flag on your porch without the fear of some idiot setting it on fire?
The loud mouthed Lefties have silenced Conservatives and put real fear into them through intimidation, violence, arson and beatings. They have removed the Right to Free Speech.
In some cases this new BLM movement has also removed the Right to thought. There has been people that have been questioned by their peers, bosses, family members for not coming out in favor of the protests. If you are not with them then that means you are a racist that is against them. You cannot remain silent.
And of course the virus has taken away many of our freedoms in the name of public safety. They did this so easily what is to stop them from turning their attentions to the Second amendment?

I'll just pick one.
2nd amendment rights have been severely restricted.
You may not consider that to be "taken away" but many people do.
Especially when the wording of the amendment specifically says "shall not be infringed".
As we see from responses the right to play the victim is still alive and well. Have rights really been lost or have conditions been added to exercise them such as assembly and speech? In many cases as some provided here, the right is still there but societies acceptance or deference is not the same, people are no longer keeping their views to themselves. There is also a significant loss of doing for the greater good like wearing a mask in public or not going to a bar or pool until the current crisis passes.
Team Red socialists wanted to go back to the socialist status quo pre March 15th.
Team Blue socialists wanted to advance with an updated socialist model starting around March 15th.
Any sane person sees this, understands it, and has no pity for either authoritarian sociopathic party.
