Only a few weeks ago, thousands of Southern Californians were flocking to beaches, Disneyland was announcing it would soon reopen and Whoopi Goldberg was lauding Gov. Gavin Newsom on “The View” for the state’s progress in combating the coronavirus. The worst, many in California thought, was behind them.

California's explosion in COVID-19 cases pretty much proves that the culprit is rioting and "peaceful protestors" since California did not reopen as soon as FL, AZ, and GA. In fact, Governor Gavin Newsom (DEMOCRAT) was quite draconian in refusing to permit things to re-open in CA.

Apparently rioting is the COVID cure.

COVID wasn't an issue for the governor once riots were happening, but immediately became an issue again once they died down. Logical cure to COVID: find something to else riot about. Preferably racial in theme.

Some may have come from the protests, but many more came from the multitude of busy bars and restaurants. At least the protesters were wearing masks.

Of COURSE the LA Times and the other DNC propaganda outlets are going to say that. LOL!

Most of the cases are in Southern California who did not shut down as quickly as we did in the Bay Area.

But California has been reopening things along with everyone else, so it’s no surprise rates are going up everywhere. People not social distancing and wearing masks.

Social distancing was impossible here in Taiwan because it's so densely populated. Also never had a lockdown/shutdown. Schools and businesses were open and operating normally the whole time during the pandemic. Yet the last case of local transmission was April 12th and only 7 people out of a population of 24 million died of Covid-19.

The key was 95% of the population voluntarily wearing surgical face masks whenever with 6 feet of another person outside their immediate family.

This graph shows when Taiwan starting wearing face masks en masse in late March and got off the conveyor belt to hell.

p.s. No known fatalities due to wearing face masks

On the contrary there's no proof at all of this claim. California's covid cases were already high before the protests and were on a gradual uptick, averaging over 2k daily. They've since doubled that number and even hit 7k on one day. These numbers are indicative of a state that began to slowly reopen when they had no business doing so. As of yet, no one can name me one reason why other major cities hit with massive protests have seen zero upticks in their cases.

Where were the protests of over losing your freedom and dying from breathing in your own breath? Taiwan is missing out on the covid party we're enjoying here.
