as for kaps cause, i support the cause, just not the way he went about doing it. there are so many better avenues he could have used to get his point across.

Not a NASCAR watcher but does their rules prohibit political endorsements?

WHO CARE HOW IT GOT THERE!!!! So the Trump Campaign paid for the endorsement same thing, do the rules prohibit this type of promotion?

No they do not. Biden is free to buy an advertisement if he wants.
