Were I picking the statues, they would not be of any politicians, new or old.
It would be the people that actually built this country.
Among them, John D,Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, Cornelius Vanderbilt,Henry Ford, Thomas Edison.
Without these daring men, we would still be in the horse and buggy stage.
Their businesses built this country, and just think how it would be if none of what they created ever existed.
Now THEY are the people who should be recognized.
